You only need to risk thousands to make millions on hype. Ask timothy sykes. Not that I follow him but he is an example.

People risk millions on strong funamentals to earn a crappy 10% annual growth movment on avg. Otc if played right we risk thousands to earn millions in a year. Then with that million we put it in strong fundamental companies.

True otc has investors with limited capital bit it also has people with capital that want to gamble. There is alot more people in otc that would shock you that has capital and they just want to make a quick buck while thier real money sits with nasdaq.
