LR68, Not that you asked me but they need the addresses for PROXY VOTEs and sundry mailings,such as this event,unless a person opts to just go email/which is not allowed for a PROXY, the PROXY would then go to your nearest Stock Agent, they then assume that your are very near the GEO locale of that agent,basic deductions.
