FB Earning$:
• Facebook's hands are tied as it is in a quiet period after launching the IPO, the analyst said, and the company likely won't talk to the investment community again until late July when second-quarter results are due. Hudson Square is sitting on the sidelines with a hold rating until after the next earnings report and guidance numbers are disclosed.

> ZYNGA: Zynga needs to innovate, badly, though I worry that’s like saying a cat needs to breathe underwater. It’s just not in the company’s DNA. They have untold hundreds of millions at their disposal, yet they use it to rehash their own games, or more often other people’s games. It’s hard to think of a mobile game genre that Zynga actually pioneered, rather than just capitalizing on what other, smaller studios did first.

In my eyes, this is Zynga’s chicken is coming home to roost. Investors unfamiliar with how the company operated at first are now getting a very clear picture of their philosophies, and they don’t like what they see.
