pretty good example of the impact of a gagged TA---all this uncertainty could be easily addressed-----first,the cost of a few individuals calling the TA is NOT that great---and once the numbers are out---the calls stop and the current numbers get posted on a regular basis------there are few good reasons to gag the ta----------------------pure speculation and opinion.
