All valid points regarding the number of corps set up by Brian that are affiliated with BBDA.

Forensically speaking from an accounting POV, I would recommend any client of mine to do the same.

Set up a Company under each process of the main company and have it all pay a royalty fee or consulting fee to that company rather than receive wages. The process of running it all through those various set ups would allow for greater expense allocations, thus reducing the overall tax burden.

Doctors tend to do similar set ups to be able to claim more deductions.

From a reality POV, Brain sure put a lot of time and effort into the Company over these last few years and expenses involved with all the promo's we have seen KOMA involved with to bang a couple dollars out of a stock swindle.
