My impression at this point is that Momenta's management is not only useless it is probably the highest paid for any comparable company.
Thank God that management feels the pain with us considering that the CEO is paid the trivial amount of $20k per day. The next 5 guys seem like a bargain because they only get paid a measly $30k per week.
The executive comp is actually not an issue for me. Seen much worse in other companies. OTOH, the director ownership is incredibly bad. They have until next year or they will be in violation of company policy, which is incredible low in my view. Still thinking about making a stink about it.
