Off topic. Thanks Marcos. After Latin and French, Geography and History were likely my next two weakest subjects.

So who attacked these countries? And when?

Panamá -

Nicaragua -

Grenada -

Chile - do you mean the 1972 Allende overthrow?

Laos -

Cambodia -

Viet Nam -

Cuba -

I don't know enough about Vietnam to know whether there was a Civil War there before American intervention. If there was, the argument could be made that they were supporting the South, I guess. I expect there are no end of situations where the US has intervened in another country.

Bottom line, I don't know enough about any of these situations to compare them to the current one, but it seems to me the scale of these attacks on first Afghanistan and now Iraq put them in a special category.

And maybe it's just me, but I sense they may be just getting started.
