The DTCC chill has nothing to do with existing shares, it only effects newly issued shares and as it was correctly stated ATTD is paying a premium to deposit shares into debt holder accounts, increasing the debt conversions by at least 25% depending on the broker.

Now TDa and Penson Clearing however do have their own effecting this security on existing shares.
