I have no such notion. It is the touting of patent awards for products unknown that interests me. I can patent a widget that does not exist or is not for sale or cannot be manufactured for a variety of reasons then that patent is worthless. Since Cyclone does not own the building it is in, does not have any sales contracts for products, is not using the patents then they have no value. Agreements are nice but to value a patent someone needs to buy it. If the patents where for sale at least I would have some idea of the stock value.
Paranoia about a "shareholder" revolt is goofy since the common shareholders do not have voting rights. What you are saying is since Cyclone does not even trust to be able to garner 50% plus one stock votes then this predicament is justified. I on the other hand suggest there is plenty of intelligent and forthright holders that would make good decisions for the benefit of all. I even think out of 4000 stockholders they might even be some better qualified as managers. This does not mean anyone is interested I just think they are out there.
Instead of crying "revolt" or "god save the queen" please give you opinion on shareholders getting their right to vote. So far nothing.
