Is Mario a man of his word? I have valid stock Certs.
" We will offer a conversion of at least $0.01 per share and as much as $0.02 per share that you currently own, as long as you can provide us with valid stocks certificates. The price will be evaluated from the price you paid for the shares. This should be an incentive. The more shares you have the more you will get"

SO 500,000 shares converted to new company will be worth either $5000 or $10000 depending on price you paid?
