I read the DD here, the A/S would not of went from 250 million to 500 million in 3 months if the company was not raising money by selling shares....... Simple fact,,, there are almost 500 million shares in this trading pool now,,,, a PPS of .50 makes the market cap $250 million,,,, and believe me, AAPT is looking at the other 500 million they just got hold of from the NV. merger.
When a company dilutes selling shares, the MM hired to do the selling breaks up the lot into odd numbered lots as to make it look retail. Notice how today asks were, 930k, 950k, 1,157,563, they never ever put up a even number like 25 million, 50 million, that attracts to much attention.
