Yep, getting a bit tired of producing them over and over.
This hospital, is a good hospital (IMO) but having to gather the same paperwork again and again, very frustrating.
It was the same when Dick was ill, getting my name listed to recieve info. (Not having the same last-name.)
Also the Healthcare power-of-attourney had been activated...so I was told, but never recieved a copy. (Of the activation) They were insisting Shelley be present today as acting POA, but she's working and I'm listed as secondary POA...I don't see the problem.
The way it's worded, if she is unavailable I'm the POA. There is not a procedure/requirement for her to "step-down" as POA, merely that I am the Locum tenens ("Place-holder") in her absence.
