The 38 bagger is one of the most ridiculous claims yet. He was granted stock options to buy stock at .015. He will not use these options, since he can buy all he wants currently at .0004. This twist is no different than the "SEC canceling 740 million shares". Both of these are very poor interpretations of filings.
