I remember when the stock price went down to .03 with many people selling. Shortly after the pps rocketed. I don't think the SEC debacle will be a big thing for ACTC after all said and done. ACTC have some switched on legal representation that will dampen down any liability that the courts might apply. SEC and the court will know ACTC's fragile situation. Whats the point in suing for a ridiculous 100m that will push the Company and it's science into oblivian. Quite frankly I can't see it happening
