Dischino..unfortunately, as we have found out..even if patents are granted that does NOT mean that edig will be abel to license the tech OR even IF the patents will be granted OR even IF the granted patents will hold up when challenged in a Markman or Reexam! We know this so far from EXPERIENCE WITH THE COMPANY IN QUESTION!!
