There is NO WAY, NO WAY, NO WAY, YOU Wrote that post. Either you received a brain transplant suddenly or you are not the author of that post. Which IR firm wrote it for you? I left this board several weeks ago when all the pumping temporarily left. But now the pumping is back, so I am too.

First, let me state that I do not believe that NWAU will ever release audited financials for its operations. Assuming, arguendo, that you are correct, then tell me why those financials aren't already public. According to you they are completed and the Company told us they would be out in March 05, six months ago. So why is the company waiting to release them? Why not today? Why not 6 months ago?

Assuming, arguendo, that the audited financials will be released, then why did the company agree to be purchased by a shell? That process will materially dilute the holdings of EVERY COMMON SHAREHOLDER. Why? Why? Why do that? If the audits are done just file FORM 10 and become fully reporting. Why make the insiders of a shell rich? Doesn't that bother you as a common shareholder? Sadly, I am sure it doesn't. Because you just PUMP and DUMP. And you openly admitted the same on this board. Pump in the open and Dump secretly when it is convenient.
