Are we going to go after every despot that lacks respect for human life? Where do we stop?

Good point. My feeling is that under certain extreme situations we have to shut down the most evil and threatening leaders and that by doing that others are encouraged to stay in check. When and where we draw that line and whether Iraq falls into that category today can certainly be debated.
