You're making it sound it he said no uplist ever whereas what he says in his message is that the stock as it stands currently doesn't meet the requirement for uplisting. Eric and Fred no doubt are working hard to make that happen and the audit (which they hadn't at that time received info to doubt the June 30th deadline) will help greatly in making the uplisting a reality.
