NIR is defunct. They are being liquidated. Read it slower

Pricewaterhouse Coopers controls whatever equity AJW fund investors have now in EPGL. It is PwC as the court appointed liquidator, on behalf of the investors in those funds. NIR is defunct and being liquidated in case you were not aware.
