I would never tell investors that they were getting something for nothing. There seems to be this pervasive message that this is what investors are getting. So let me see, you have a really hot object in your right hand burning your hand, so someone tells you to move it your left hand. Sure nough, your right hand is not burning anymore. But what about the left hand? Well hey, your right hand isn't burning any more. But what do I do about the left hand? Don't worry, your right hand isn't burning any more. And so on, and so on....
