Again with the "It's going away." It's not going away, it's just being reshuffled into another form, along with the usual 'song and a dance' magic act to convince investors that it is going away. The only way it would truly go away is if the NIR Fund "forgave" the debt, completely, without conversion, and that isn't about to happen.
