The following quote is from their March 28 news release:
Shareholders will be asked to approve a proposed reverse split of the Company's common stock so as to provide sufficient common shares for increased trading value and to raise funding necessary to implement the marketing plans and programs necessary for successful implementation of the new medical device business.
I think "and to raise funding" means they will again sell shares after the R/S. I wonder how low they will be willing to push it for raising capital? I wish that had been in the news release.
I'd rather buy say, a million shares, after the R/S at .0005 if possible, than to buy 10M now at .0001.
I would feel more comfortable with this if they were also reducing the authorized shares along with the R/S, but the release specifically states that no reduction in A/S will occur.
