There's only one thing to be concerned about, JR. If the a/s is raised to or above 1.234B. Without the necessary a/s increase, the preferreds have absolutely NO market value. None.

It should be mentioned to note the amount of preferreds issued was just a tad more than needed to retain voting majority. It appears JR simply did not want even the slightest chance of someone else taking the company (contracts, royalties, and patents) over.
