I have witnessed many corporate reorganizations and changes in the control groups over my long time in the penny market. I have NEVER seen one that was not rolled back and made very tight and squeaky clean in order to start a NEW game. These are usually accompanied by a big big cheap financing by the new people. The old shareholders get virtually wiped out by dilution. Then a new bunch of sheep / suckers are enticed in - to be shorn. It was ever thus. So we shall see.
