To the longs, know what you hold. You hold technology innovated in 1969 by Philip Wyatt who went on to be the founder of Wyatt Technology and hold 30 patents and 70 publications in laser based forward optical scatter. The same company that transferred that technology in 1997 to MMTC. That's right, the inventor of this technology passed it on to the company that you hold shares in today. MMTC is the only company that's currently holds patents for the optical forward scatter identification of single pathogenic microbes. This device can do it faster, better, and cheaper because the technology has been tested for decades under different applications. The truly innovative idea now is using it for rapid identification of bacteria for food safety, and the competition in this arena is intense for a reason: its a world wide market ready for innovation. But you don't have to believe me, do your own due diligence and you will see. In the meantime, who are you going to believe? The scientists at AOAC and NAMSA, the engineers at OSI , or the bottom feeders and two-tick flippers that frequent this board? I know what I own.
