Has a book value of $1.70 ... Super undervalued , hasn't played with the A/S in years ... Their Assets alone are worth more then the current price per share..

This fall the China Republic Bank is going to float them 74 million extra dollars for buying power..

They don't waste time and money on PR, just books for the sec...

Basically its a super undervalued company..

Check it out, moves on a sneeze
