When this goes to a big board, it will mean KMAG is profitable beyond a doubt so then they can buy back all the excess shares and not do an R/S.

All this talk of an R/S being good is silly. I've seen many a pink or OTC stock do it and it just KILLS confidence and creates less value for shareholders who stick around.
