Nameq: It's in the 10Q for QE 12/31. I don't know what the criteria are either, but it's odd that they are willing to show negative votes on the auditors, but none on the BOD members.

I agree that unless they count the votes the same way the do in Iraq, it's a virtual certainty that there were no negative votes on any of the directors, especially given how people feel about FF and RP.
