Well from what i glean from here this fine morning, Cannon out of Burbank CA, with relationship with Interactive Brokers can apparently get shares of MMTC for going short. Sounds real simple. Let's hope they do it on the up and up. The part I sense where there is problem is where a team may get together and share information that may be leaked like we saw here on the law suit in MMTC well before it went public recently to foster an orchestrated effort to manipulate the share price lower.
