Churak: Thanks. Clearly, Collier wouldn't qualify for almost 3 years.

I wonder if the Board chairman, Alex Diaz would be considered independent, since his family-owned radio and media business hosts e.Digital's wedigmusic.com site. I presume that e.Digital pays for that hosting. It may not be at the $60,000/yr level.
