Sure they do - these things are not mobile. Are you suggesting they were moved from the facility? As far as I know they are permanent equipment that is bolted to the floor at the Niagara Falls Facility, producing ultra-clean, spec-grade (ASTM), ultra low sulphur, ready-to-use fuel from FREE unwanted, unrecyclable waste-plastic.
