If the dilution comes with a revenue generating deal it will offset the expansion thus becoming the Solution and not simply dilution..when added to the CC deal and revenues showing in quarterly filings it will do much more than offset to the point of increasing the value tremendously. However, investing at this point is incredibly risky, but if your afraid of risk then you wouldn't be in the penny world so bring it on IMHO! Go icpa!
