It is generally thought by the counter, such an investment, if it exists, is a short position made from the shares exchanged in this financial agreement. Afterall, what other way could anyone make money from MMTC after securing a large position in the stock?

Another possibility is just to sell them on the get-go like other financiers and fuel the death spiral MMTC is in today.

But if Newhuis is as astute in finance as you say, shorting MMTC is the way to go imo
