"If Iraq can be disarmed via peaceful means then by all means peaceful means should be used. And as Blix showed on Friday the disarmament of Iraq is making progress."

He has not complied with the UN resolution, period. Shall we forget that resolution and give him another 10 years? What time limit do you suggest?
