I am just not saying he can get things moving...I wouldn't use that word. After all he does know drilling, but I think running the whole field project just may be out of his league....

TECO has a lot of ambition with all these projects and I think he could run a portion of it, but he is just not the right person to run the whole thing.....or he needs guidance from somewhere to keep him on track.....more personal that can have him see beyond the immediate needs.

Like you have 2 drills and potentially you should have 2 crews at present setting up for the drills to start drilling, and while they are drilling, those 2 crews should be prepping the next 2 sites etc....

drill crews and setup crews should be seperate....this way you could have a well every 1 or 2 weeks and the next site ready and just move the drill and the drilling just continues...How hard is that to coordinate??? I am not in the business, but it seems logical to me..
