EWJ is up about 3% today - does not happen often.

The assets in Rydex Japan spiked several-fold during the recent rally from 20+ to about 110 M. The assets were steadly going up even on down for Nikkei and EWJ days. Last year peak was 240 M.

Some of the Japan closed end funds trade at a huge premium to NAV. A lost of speculation in Japan. Becoming dangerous IMO.
