Pays $3.21 per year in dividends (when dividends are declared, that is... it's been a while since they've been paid) and "face" or redemption value is $50 per share, meaning that when Freddie decides it's done paying dividends and instead wants to cash out shareholders, it must pay $50 per share to do so.
