Although I am a solo now, I spent my formative years at big firms. I do not know the plaintiff's counsel (OLSHAN GRUNDMAN), and they might be fine lawyers. But I can say that PCFG's lawyers (GREENBERG TRAURIG, LLP) are a real law firm. Based solely on the counsel, I would say that PCFG will win, but a real analysis would require looking at the papers.

The counterclaim against YA Global makes this seem at least possibly interesting. I look forward to catching up on it when I have more time next week.
