I don't know about scam or not , ask about it to DPS who is going to lose his time and money with his lawsuit when he could have sold this ticker with 1000% profit (!) , but what is sure is that they have an history of sustained losses and that the current debt far exceeds the assets , furthermore they stated they were unable to raise additional funds , so , Chapter 11 seems to be , at the first read, legit there ...
