Is this what Scott told you on the phone, that the information on the Seeking Alpha web page was inaccurate and that he did not pay the .04 cents per share or is it your "ASSUMPTION AGAIN" as ALWAYS. I find it hard to believe any of your "ASSUMPTIONS", as you never back them up with HARD FACTS. jmho
