I beg to differ.. NITE is most likely representing retail sellers looking for buyers in a low volume situation. People buy with expectations and unfortunately with the delays on expected events, they loose patience, sell, and move on. The attorney letter carrot has been dangled here for weeks ...and most just don't hold that long.
Those who've done the research on the company and know what they hold (and can afford to hold) are standing firm. That's why we've held up this well. But unfortunately some low volume drift is inevitable if delays continue.
