I assume it's bad information. Not necessarily Scott's holding amount but the price. I don't recall if he got 30 million shares given to him at some very low value for tax purposes or received options initially. He also has more options coming once this all comes together.
I am doubtful he is the largest shareholder either as there has been talk about friends and family having control so 450 million or so shares. Thats either a bunch of 20 million each or somebody has more than 30 million.
