You may very well be correct and odds favor you being correct.

However the plan is still not been released so there is still much more to this than what is in the court docs.

You know we all put down the PR's but hey it turns out they were very accurate so in saying that the last PR definitly points to positives even for us common folks "Equity Holders".

One thing is for sure this whole situation one that will be talked about a long long time
