I think you all are missing the most important fact:

The docs we have been reading ARE NOT THE PRE APPROVED AGREEMENT THE PR MENTIONS

Of course the docs are gloomy and spell doom - They are to layout why the company went bankrupt and the current state of the firm.

What I see is a company that has already performed the necessary steps to create a shell company.

Do we really think they will just start from scratch - NO - their are obviusly other plans as the PR states - we will consider trasfering equity and assets.

Now we wait for the plan to be released before the 30th

This is IMO opionion.
