You're right. And they do care. They know the best environment for investment is still in the states. They're just trying to figure out how they need to present themselves to ensure American investors take the company seriously.

Remember, Guo will make his money from his company shares - as a leader of a $60m+ company almost all of the profits go into new ventures - the OLED project, new business etc.

He is smart - with 70% of the shares owned by him and partners, if he can pull the share price back to even $5 he's pulled in the value of his company in revenues alone - wouldn't be surprised to see this company in a few years (2014 -2105 anyone?) at $15+ a share, which would only put the PPS at $330 million or 5x times current revenues, which is not outlandish in any respect.
