heh, yup .. i've read stories here of many who go back in
because that's where their friends are, life is not bad etc ..

once they decide it being a jailbird is the easiest way out or, for
some 'the only' .. mental health, education is a big part of it, and
the fact that they just can't get work is a REAL problem too ..

life is very tough for many .. not for CEOs of course who i read had an average 15% increase in salary last year ..

or for guys as Romney whose tax form showed no wages and 13-15% income tax paid on millions of income ..
