Cool beans man...thanks!!! I'm going to try it this weekend. I hope. And I will let you know how she likes it. She gave me a 'what's THAT?' look when she got home and saw it...LOL

I got a can of diced tomatoes with chilies and a small can of tomato paste to thicken that up with. I'll add some herbs and some of the cherry tomatoes I got today too.
