Gerry has the ability to do many things. He could start buying back shares, after all there are only 55,000 available. That would become even more costly for those that are short. He has lots of options including going private. If the company starts making money it can start paying dividends. He can cause those short to sweat wondering just what he is going to do. I am sure everyone who is short is unhappy since they have no control, period meanwhile the carrying costs continue. Time will tell all!
