Now I understand why the CEO quit. They are suing the U.S. Government for about $68M over the Gulf drilling moratorium.
That is going to waste money. They will never win. The U.S. Government will drag out the case for years, going to the Supremes if they have to. Stupid, imo.

If they wanted to sue, they should have done so at least a year ago.

This lawsuit sounds desperate.
