Were I a Director I would prefer to be paid in shares especially if I knew those shares would increase substantially in value in the near future. From a shareholders perspective I am also pleased since I know these shares are in strong hands which are working to help the value of all shares increase. This is a win win situation imho. Go TEVE!!!
